Our People

Seeby Woodhouse

Seeby oversees Voyager’s commercial strategy, negotiations with suppliers, and loves to engage key customers on a personal level. Seeby is passionate about the Internet and Telecommunications, and has been a part of the industry from it’s early beginnings, having over 15 years experience.

Seeby was the Founder, CEO and owner of Orcon Internet – one of New Zealand’s largest ISP’s – up until 2007, at which time he completed a successful sale of the business to Kordia for NZ$25M. During his tenure at Orcon, he oversaw the acquisition and integration of approximately 40 smaller ISP’s in a 5 year period.

Andrew Somervell

Andrew leads Voyager’s business-focussed product and technology culture. His approach keeps us focussed on relevant products that deliver the best bang-for buck for our customers.

Andrew has over 15 years experience building and maintaining enterprise online services. He has worked on projects for global telcos including BT, AT&T, Skype, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom and Vodafone. National and State Governments in NZ and Australia and private enterprise such as Sydney Airport, The Coca Cola Company, APN and TVNZ. Before Voyager Andrew led product development at Tomizone.

Craig Whitmore

Craig is one of the rare people who can say that they practically built the Internet in New Zealand on a technical level. At one time Craig was a shareholder in IHUG, he helped to set up the networks of ICONZ, iGRIN, SineSurf and many other ISPs.

For the last 11 years Craig has been a senior Network Engineer for Orcon.


Karen Morfett

Karen is a business manager with experience in finance, sales, operations, HR and management. She has a background in corporate administration and business start-ups. She has always worked for entrepreneurs and enjoys the challenge of new business situations.

Previous appointments include; Personal Assistant to Eric Watson, Executive Assistant to Billionaire CEO Tom Sturgess, Set-up and Operations Manager of Carfe Ltd, Commercial property, operations, and business manager for Seeby Woodhouse’s group of companies.
